The staff was very helpful in indicating how to get to the places of interest. The room was quiet. Around a lots of bars for lunch or dinner. A good value for the money.

This is an excellent classy hotel for anyone not wishing to drive into city area, or wanting to be away from noisy bustling areas. Bus service every 15 minutes or so at the door, and hotel has good undercover parking. Room & facilities good, breakfast very nice in public cafe which is part of hotel. Nice cafe across the road with great tapas, drinks, at very reasonable price. Quiet hotel in quiet part of city.

The staff who worked in the morning was excellent and spoke good English. Free parking was a bonus because we had a car. Was a good location for the timing of our visit during Easter week because there were enormous crowds visiting Seville for the Semana Santa holiday.

It was far from downtown Seville, and one had to take the bus into the city.

Good area, with shops bankc, cafe's etc. Quiet rooms (when windows are closed) very clean,great bathroom, shampoo/shower gel dispenser, good shower pressure. Free Wi-Fi -strong conenction.

The room was a little small. Heavy scented air freshner in room, I had to keep the windows open for ventalation but then was disturbed by noisy aircon machine motor noise. No hairdryer.

Great hotel, free underground parking (need reservation and they tell you that if you leave and come back to a full lot, you've lost your spot; however, it was never full). Room and bathroom clean and very comfortable. Free Wi-Fi in lobby, didn't work in my room. Has a great little restaurant for an incredible inexpensive breakfast (2 euros for coffee and sandwich). Great tapas bar nearby. Very easy to take bus to Seville, stop is a 3 minute walk and it takes about 15 minutes to get there. Great price for the comfort of the accommodations (doesn't look like much from the outside).

The only thing is that it's not right in Seville but the price and the parking were the selling point for us and we didn't regret it

The staff was very helpful, the room very comfortable and clean. A good cafe bar belongs to the hotel and another one is very close to the hotel. From the hotel you can reach Sevilla city center in approx. 15 minutes by bus.

Here's the scenario. My wife is a very seasoned business traveller, well used to staying in £250-plus a night hotels and also well aware that in most instances, you get what you pay for in hotel accommodation. On a trip south we need an overnight stay and I found this gem on Booked.net. I tentatively showed it to the wife, conscious of the fact that the price is going to raise alarm bells, she checks out the reviews and feels a little more at ease, so I book it. We arrive and the hotel is like a tin of Ronseal wood stain... It does exactly what it says on the tin. The lobby is spotlessly clean and fresh, the reception guy helpful and friendly, the secure underground car park is free and easy to get into, the wi-fi is free with great reception throughout the hotel, the room is spotless, the bathroom the same, beds are comfortable and the night's rest was perfect. Come morning time, the cafe adjacent to the hotel is clean and the food and service excellent and the price more than reasonable. It's not a hotel for a week-long holiday or a romantic break, but it's not pretending to be either. And although it is in the middle of a town, it is a few miles from anywhere, but for an overnight stay, for a business traveller, for a budget traveller, or for a weekend break.... Couldn't be beaten. Top marks all round. If I had paid twice as much for the room, I would still have been happy with what I had received. Well done Leflet Castilleja and well done Booked.net

The hotel lies at 5 km from city center of Seville, we left the car in the garage, which was free and took a bus to the center. The hotel was very good value for money. It was very clean and warm and private.

The only thing which was a pity was that wifi is available but did hardly work on the 3rd floor. It worked though near the entrance.

We were 6 seniors.. 3 rooms... Parking for the 9-pax van under the hotel even if very small... Bus to Sevilla almost in front and restaurants in the immediate area. Very clean and nice hotel: great value.

Breakfast: the hotel desayuno is taken in a cafeteria open to the public..We have to get an exchange voucher and although staff is nice, it is hard to compete with the local spanish workers who are regular... I soeak enough Espanol to fight my way or it would be a tough task... And it is not buffet... Hard to ask for a second coffee or a pastry... We are not told properly what we are allowed to and feel ike begging all the time...

Good business hotel with English speaking staff and nice breakfast (coffee, fresh orange juice and variaty of toasts from the menu) - menu only in Spanish. Hotel has a free underground parking

App. 20 min away from the Sevilla main bus station. It is easy to get there, as bus stop is opposite to the hotel and oneway ticket cost 1.4 EUR. From Bustation to Cathedral it is app anothe 20 min walk or you can take city public transporation fo 1.2EUR per ticket

This hotel was the best value ever - only a few steps from a bus which took you to the centre in ten minutes for under 2 euors. Would stay here again.
